Who this is for

Built for Bangladeshis building IT careers abroad

Most of the people we teach are Bangladeshi — in the US, the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and the Gulf, or at home aiming at those markets. Some are changing career entirely. Some already work in IT and want the roles that pay properly. The tracks are the same either way; what is built around them is not.

Scheduled for your timezone, not ours

A class at a comfortable Dhaka hour is three in the morning in New York. Batches run in evening slots for North America and Europe, and weekend blocks where the working week makes evenings impossible.

Taught in Bangla and English

Concepts get explained in whichever language makes them land. The vocabulary, the documentation, the commands and the interview practice stay in English, because that is the language the job is done in — and being fluent in that specific English is part of what you are here for.

Certifications travel; degrees do not always

RHCSA, CKA and the AWS, Azure and Google certifications mean the same thing to a hiring manager in Dhaka, Berlin and Dallas. If your degree is from a university nobody abroad has heard of, a vendor certification is a credential they already trust — and it is the cheapest way to become legible to them.

A portfolio outweighs a CV

Every track ends in something running that you can screen-share and talk through. For a career changer with no local work history, being able to walk an interviewer through infrastructure you built does more than any line on a CV.

Interviewing is a separate skill

Technical ability is not what most people fail on. It is behavioural rounds, describing your work without underselling or overclaiming, and salary conversations that work differently than they do at home. Mock interviews and the workflow guide exist for exactly this.

Priced well below an equivalent bootcamp

A live cohort programme in the US or Europe costs several times what these tracks do, and is frequently taught by recent graduates of that same programme. Here it is ten to fifteen dollars an hour, taught by engineers who spend the rest of the week running these systems for clients. Every price is published, and instalments carry no surcharge.

What we do not do

  • We do not sponsor visas or advise on immigration. Anyone in this market promising otherwise is worth walking away from.
  • We do not place you in a job or guarantee one. We prepare you, we run mock interviews, and we will be honest about whether you are ready — that is where it ends.
  • We do not claim salary figures. They depend on your city, your existing experience and the market on the day, and any number we printed would be marketing rather than information.

The obvious objection

Why pay for this when tutorials are free?

It is a fair question, and it deserves a straight answer rather than a sales one. Free material is genuinely good now. AI is genuinely useful. A degree is genuinely worth having. None of that is in dispute — what follows is where each of them stops, and what is left over that you are actually paying for.

Free tutorials

Good: Abundant, current, and often better written than paid material. Anything in our syllabus can be found free somewhere, and we would be lying to say otherwise.

Stops: They are unordered, and they only ever show the happy path. Nothing tells you what to learn next, what to skip, or that the guide you are following was written for a version three releases ago and quietly no longer applies. You finish the tutorial with something that works and no idea why — so when it breaks, and it will, you are back where you started.

AI assistants

Good: Infinitely patient, available at 2am, and better than most humans at explaining a concept at whatever level you ask for. They have genuinely replaced a lot of what tutorials used to do, and any trainer telling you otherwise is protecting their business rather than informing you.

Stops: It answers the question you asked. A mentor answers the question you should have asked — the one you did not know existed. Ask how to expose a service publicly and you get a flawless answer to a question whose correct response was "do not". It is also confidently wrong often enough to matter, and a beginner is precisely the person who cannot tell which part was wrong. Experienced engineers get enormous value from AI because they can spot the bad 10%. Learners build on it.

An academic degree

Good: Durable fundamentals that outlast tooling — algorithms, networks, how a computer actually works. That knowledge ages far better than anything we teach, and people who have it go further in the long run.

Stops: Curricula lag industry by years, and almost none of them cover operations, cloud or the tools listed in the job advert you are answering. A degree proves you can learn. It does not prove you can do this job, and employers increasingly test the second thing directly. Many people we teach already have a degree — often in something unrelated — and the question is how to convert it, not replace it.

So what are you actually paying for?

Sequence

Not the information — the order. What to learn, what to skip, and what is safe to postpone. Most self-taught engineers lose months to material they did not need yet, and never touch something they did.

Someone who tells you it is wrong

The single thing no free resource provides. You cannot evaluate your own work in a field you are new to, and code that runs is not the same as code that is right. Review is the feedback loop that turns practice into skill.

Judgement, which is what is left

AI raised the floor for everyone, so the thing being hired for moved — from writing the configuration to knowing which configuration to write and why. Judgement has always been taught by working alongside someone who has already been wrong in that particular way.

What breaking looks like

We teach from systems that failed in production, including ours. Nobody writes a tutorial about the outage they caused, so that knowledge only moves person to person.

A schedule and other people

Most self-study stops in week three. That is not a character failing, it is a structure failing — a fixed time, a cohort and someone expecting you fixes far more of it than motivation does.

Proof somebody else recognises

A capstone you can screen-share and a certification an employer already trusts. Self-study produces knowledge with nothing attached that a stranger can verify in twenty minutes.

When you should not pay us

If you are already technical, you know what you need to learn next, and you finish things you start alone — self-study plus an AI assistant is genuinely enough, and it is cheaper. Some of the best engineers we work with came up exactly that way. What we sell is most valuable to people who do not yet know what to learn next, who have stalled twice already, or who need something an employer will recognise. How it runs

Live, not recorded

Every session is taught live in a small batch. Recordings are provided afterwards for revision, but the class itself is a conversation — you can interrupt and ask why.

Taught by working engineers

The people teaching each track are the ones running it for clients that week. Examples come from live systems, including the ones that went wrong.

Real infrastructure, not simulators

Labs run on actual cloud accounts and real clusters. You will break things, pay attention to a bill, and fix what you broke.

A capstone you can show

Each track ends in a project you keep and can walk an interviewer through — which is worth considerably more than a certificate.
